Marlow & Hale MARLOW & HALE
The two-week pilot Sample environment, illustrative data ← Command centre
The proposal, in one page

Two weeks. We do all the work.

The command centre you have been clicking around is not a prototype. It is the standard Seby kit, already running in other businesses. The pilot is a quality-controlled copy and paste of that proven system, wired to your Microsoft 365, your Xero, your LinkedIn Recruiter and your meeting recordings, and calibrated to how Marlow & Hale thinks. Your side turns up for one hour a day. We do the rest.

Your investment
10 hours
One hour a day, weekdays. A short check-in, plus a couple of five-minute calibration quizzes that teach the brain your judgment: what matters, who decides, how Marlow & Hale sounds in a proposal and in an invoice chase.
That is the whole ask
Seby's investment
50 hours
Copy the proven kit, connect the sources, build the memory, quality-check every piece against your real data, operate the daily briefs and drafts. You never touch a config.

The honest mechanic: quality-controlled copy and paste

Why two weeks is enough, and why your ten hours are light.

Copy
The kit already exists
Morning briefs, the pipeline, the search tracker, the project loop, the board pack: everything you clicked in this sample is the standard Seby system, running in real businesses today. We copy it. We do not rebuild it.
Calibrate
Short interactive quizzes
Your hour a day is mostly curated calibration quizzes, about five minutes each. Each one teaches the brain Marlow & Hale's judgment: what a good proposal looks like, who signs what, how you chase an invoice without souring a client.
QC
Proven before it counts
Every copied piece is tested against your real data and closed with evidence, not with someone saying so. The same discipline you saw in the project loop runs the install itself.
The short version: copy and paste is why it is two weeks and not two quarters. Calibration is why it feels like it was built only for Marlow & Hale.

The fortnight, day by day

Working brain in week one. Measured outcomes by day fourteen.

Days 1 to 2

Copy and connect

The proven kit lands. Microsoft 365 read-only, Xero, LinkedIn Recruiter and the meeting recordings in. Australian hosting from day one.

Day 3

First morning brief

The 06:00 brief lands in Tessa's inbox, built from your real feeds, tuned by your first quizzes.

Day 5

First drafts

Invoice chases, proposal cover notes and shortlist notes drafted for your review. Nothing sends itself.

Week 2

Pipeline and search live

Every proposal, follow-up and mandate on the board with its owner and date. The Monday stand-up shortens.

Day 14

Measured review

The numbers below, measured on your fortnight, side by side with the baseline.

What we target by day fourteen

Set as pilot targets on day one, measured on day fourteen. Not promises, measurements.

5+ hrs
back per person, per week
Briefs, drafts and answers replacing hunting, chasing and re-doing analysis.
Zero
follow-ups missed
Every proposal out has a follow-up date and an owner; the brain chases the owner, not the client.
Days to hrs
board pack assembly
The October pack drafts itself as the month runs; Tessa and Daniel review instead of compile.
How we keep score: we baseline your week one together (hours on admin, follow-ups missed, pack effort, time-to-answer), then measure week two against it. If a target is missed, you see exactly by how much.

The downside, fully sized

If day fourteen's numbers do not make the case, you walk away. You will have spent ten hours, and you keep everything the brain learned. That is the whole risk. Whenever you want to start, you know where I am.
